Organizational climate is the shared perceptions and valuations people hold about their experiences in workplace. research has relied upon self-report measures, which can be influenced by impression management inaccurate self-knowledge artifacts. This used IAT procedures to develop measures of selected aspects organizational examined relationships implicit with theoretically related explicit according a multitrait-multimethod design. Confirmatory factor analyses alternative latent trait models provided evidence convergent discriminant validity.
